A residential project located in one of Zagreb’s most prestigious areas, defined by a strong relationship between architecture and landscape. The façade is composed of layered volumes, vertical elements, and integrated lighting that emphasize the building’s geometry and proportions. The contrast between dark materials and warm light accents creates a sophisticated and cohesive exterior expression, while integrated greenery softens the architectural lines and establishes a balance between structure and nature.
