L’Hostellerie du Moulin des Oliviers is a luxury boutique hotel in Corsica created through the transformation of a restored olive mill into an intimate Mediterranean hospitality destination. Designed by PUJO Architects & Designers, the project combines heritage architecture with contemporary hospitality design through curved architectural forms, natural materials, and a warm minimalist interior approach.
The design of the entrance hall establishes the visual identity of the boutique hotel through textured plaster surfaces, sculptural lighting, handcrafted ceramic elements, and soft spatial transitions inspired by Mediterranean hospitality. Balancing authenticity and refinement, the project creates the atmosphere of a sophisticated countryside retreat rooted in the architectural character and material culture of Corsica.
