A residential complex in Dalmatia consisting of three houses within a Mediterranean estate with a swimming pool, set in a natural environment. The project is a renovation of a former merchant villa, transformed into a contemporary retreat for living and relaxation. The complex combines stone architecture, Mediterranean landscape, and modern spatial use, creating a natural balance between privacy and shared living.
