This holiday home on Kosmaj is conceived as a contemporary retreat that merges natural surroundings with architectural expression through a clearly defined spatial logic. The design is based on continuity between interior and exterior, allowing life to flow seamlessly between the house and the landscape.
The spatial organization relies on open views, natural materials, and a subtle interplay of volumes that shape a calm yet distinctive architectural identity. The house functions as a flexible framework for living, rest, and occasional retreat into nature, where contemporary comfort blends with the quietness of the environment.
