In this apartment, luxury is not defined through decorative representation, but through a carefully composed interplay of materials, light, and contrast. The spatial organization is centered around an open living area, which serves as the focal point of the composition and the starting point of the overall spatial experience.
Views flow freely through the interior, while strategically placed dark volumes guide movement and create clearly defined spatial sequences. Light floors and white ceilings act as a counterpoint, enhancing the sense of depth and spatial layering.
