This interior is inspired by Japanese design, with a focus on reinterpreting traditional komara-grid doors within a contemporary context. The space is shaped to flow continuously, almost like water, without abrupt transitions and with a strong sense of ease and harmony. The warmth of dark wood contrasts with soft ivory tones, while green and black accents introduce a natural rhythm and balance to the composition. Open shelving enhances a sense of airiness, allowing the space to breathe, while the kitchen island with an integrated zen garden becomes a calm focal point for gathering and reflection. Shoji-inspired panels slide discreetly, providing privacy without disrupting spatial harmony.
