This contemporary villa on the Croatian coast was developed in two exterior design variations, each exploring a distinct architectural expression while maintaining the same spatial concept and Mediterranean lifestyle. Both versions feature clean architectural volumes, generous terraces, and carefully selected natural materials that create a seamless connection between the house and its surroundings.
The first version, finished in a light façade, emphasizes a timeless and minimalist architectural character, creating a bright and tranquil identity. The second, designed with a warm terracotta exterior, reinterprets traditional Mediterranean architecture and establishes a stronger connection to the local context through its richer color palette. In both approaches, stone, timber, Mediterranean landscaping, and open outdoor spaces define a luxury coastal residence where contemporary design blends naturally with the surrounding landscape.
